My favorite principle from the guide

The best prompt is the one you can reuse.

For me, a useful AI instruction almost always has five building blocks:

1. Role - who should the AI act as?
2. Goal - what should be created?
3. Context - for whom and in which situation?
4. Format - table, checklist, email, three variants?
5. Tone - how should it sound?

If you get just this one part right, your AI results get better immediately.

Why this matters for small businesses

Large companies can often compensate bad processes with more people.

Small businesses cannot.

If you work alone, every unnecessary loop costs energy. Every email you rewrite from scratch. Every social post where you start at zero again. Every offer that does not feel clear enough.

AI can shorten those loops.

Not perfectly.
